    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Desde el punto de vista de los trazadores nuestro grupo de investigaci&oacute;n va a centrar su atenci&oacute;n en el dise&ntilde;o, s&iacute;ntesis, evaluaci&oacute;n y aplicaci&oacute;n cl&iacute;nica de diversos trazadores, destacando las siguientes l&iacute;neas de investigaci&oacute;n: 1.1. Aplicaciones oncol&oacute;gicas de la Indocianina Verde (ICG) y 99mTc- nanocoloide-ICG: Dadas las propiedades de fluorescencia en el infrarrojo cercano de la ICG asociado a su biodistribuci&oacute;n permite ser empleado para detecci&oacute;n de met&aacute;stasis hep&aacute;tica de c&aacute;ncer de colon, hepatocarcinomas, fuga biliar, evaluaci&oacute;n de perfusi&oacute;n de tejidos entre otras. Asimismo su combinaci&oacute;n con 99mTc nanocoloide permite ser empleada como trazador hibrido (radioactivo y fluorescente) en procedimientos de ganglio centinela. Se plantea introducir estos trazadores en el intraoperatorio, guiando a los cirujanos para realizar cirug&iacute;as m&aacute;s exitosas. 1.2. Anticuerpos monoclonales y p&eacute;ptidos(R-F-H) como agentes de diagn&oacute;stico oncol&oacute;gico: Dado que no existen trazadores oncoespec&iacute;ficos de mieloma m&uacute;ltiple, linfoma no Hodgkin y melanoma, nos planteamos emplear anticuerpos monoclonales (tocilizumab, rituximab) y p&eacute;ptidos (alfa-MSH) R, F e H para ser empleados en la evaluaci&oacute;n de dichas patolog&iacute;as. El marcado fluorescente podr&iacute;a guiar la toma biopsica. 1.3. Nano veh&iacute;culos: dendr&iacute;meros y liposomas radioactivos fluorescentes h&iacute;bridos como agentes de diagn&oacute;stico oncol&oacute;gico: Esta l&iacute;nea de investigaci&oacute;n busca una aplicaci&oacute;n en el diagn&oacute;stico y eventual tratamiento oncol&oacute;gi]]></dcterms:abstract>
