Los progresos cientfficos y tecnicos dirigen su atencion hacia el perfeccionamiento continuo de la tecnologfa de produccion, para mantener uniformes en el transcurso del tiempo los distintos factores que interrvienen en ella. La expansion y logro de nuevos mercados, condicion necesaria para todo desarrollo industrial, es solo posible mediante un incremento de los niv~les de industrializacion, en una mayor productividad a traves de la adopcion de tecnolog{as mas avanzadas, en una reduccion de los costos de produccion y comercializacion y en una mejora notable en la calidad de los productos para alcanzar los niveles internacionales. El estableciimiento de mercados comunes y la necesidad de proyectarse al exterior meediante la colocacion de productos obliga a encarar con el mayor enfasis posible el control de la calidad. Mediante su aplicacion sistematica lleegaremos a alcanzar una de las metas fundamentales, elevar el nivel de viida de la poblacion. Los costas asociados a una inspeccion total de las unidades produciidas 0 recibidas son en general muy altos, por consiguiente es necesario recurrir al uso de un conjunto de tecnicas aportadas por la estadfstica, ciencia experimental que trata de ordenar, estudiar y predecir el comporrtamiento de ciertas caracterfsticas de un conjunto de elementos, para ve- rificar y mantener de un modo sencillo y eficiente las caracter!sticas de Ante esta necesi~ad, he adopt ado el punto de vista de atender en priimer termino el desarrollo de la teor!a estad!stiea para luego pasar alas y ~l muestreo para finalmente seguir con el estudio de los dos temas funndamentales de la inferencia estad!stica, la estimacion puntual y por inter- como base, IILa teor!a moderna de probabilidades II de E. A summary of the resource.
The use of freeze-drying for concentrating lime Rangpur juice was investigated. This procedure allowed<br />obtaining concentrated Rangpur lime juices between 23 and 51.3 °Brix, without affecting their organoleptic<br />and nutritional characteristics. The efficiency of the procedure was inversely related to the film thickness<br />of the matrix to be lyophilised. The sublimation speed per unit area diminished with the reduction in<br />the residual moisture content of the juice. The mathematical model that fitted to the concentration procedure<br />allowed to predict the time required for concentrating Rangpur lime by freeze-drying starting from<br />samples of different thickness. When compared with other citric juices evaluated, the Rangpur lime juice<br />was the most suitable for freeze-drying concentration. The results could be used to devise optimal industrial<br />freeze-drying cycles for processing Rangpur lime juices at different concentrations.

A summary of the resource.
Peel and leaf oils of three lime populations, belonging to the Citrus limonia Osbeck species were obtained from fruits collected on lime trees submitted to the same pedoclimatic and cultural conditions. Their chemical composition was investigated by capillary gas chromatography (GC), GC–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and chiral multidimensional 10 GC (MDGC), and the results were submitted to a cluster analysis. Results reported for Rangpur lime from Corsica, named Rangpur Jaune, Rangpur Intermediaire and Rangpur Rouge, were also included for comparison purposes

Three cos-type virulent Streptococcus thermophilus phages were isolated from failed mozzarella production in Uruguay. Genome analyses showed that these phages are similar to those isolated elsewhere around the world. The CRISPR1 and CRISPR3 arrays of the three S. thermophilus host strains from Uruguay were also characterized and similarities were noted with previously described model strains SMQ-301, LMD-9 and DGCC7710. Spontaneous bacteriophage-insensitive S. thermophilus mutants (BIMs) were obtained after challenging the phage-sensitive wild-type strain Uy02 with the phage 128 and their CRISPR content was analyzed. Analysis of 23 BIMs indicated that all of them had acquired at least one new spacer in their CRISPR1 array. While 14 BIMs had acquired spacer at the 5'-end of the array, 9 other BIMs acquired a spacer within the array. Comparison of the leader sequence in strains Uy02 and DGCC7710 showed a nucleotide deletion at position -1 in Uy02, which may be responsible for the observed ectopic spacer acquisition. Analysis of the spacer sequences upstream the newly acquired ectopic spacer indicated presence of a conserved adenine residue at position -2. This study indicates that natural strains of S. thermophilus can also acquire spacers within a CRISPR array.

<p>The rhenium(V) compound (NBu4)2[ReO(NCS)5] (1) was afforded from a Re(IV) precursor by a two-step synthetic path. The crystal structure of 1, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, consists of mononuclear dianionic units containing the monooxido [ReO]3+ core. A summary of the resource.
An aminopeptidase activity capable of hydrolyzing different aminomethylcoumarin amino acids, but mainly leucine- 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (Leu-NHMc), was detected in deoxycholic soluble extracts from adult Fasciola hepatica. The enzyme (EC 3.4.11.1) was partially purified by gel filtration and EAH-Sepharose affinity chromatography using bestatin as a ligand. Results obtained by gel filtration, direct fluorogenic substrate analysis in polyacrylamide gel, and sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis suggest that in a native form the enzyme might be aggregated as a high molecular weight complex. By affinity chromatography on concanavalin A-Sepharose, the enzyme did not bond to the column showing that it<br />lacks mannose residues. The F. hepatica aminopeptidase was characterized as a metalloproteinase based on its activation by<br />Mn2' and Mg2', and its inhibition by EDTA, 1,10-phenanthroline, and bestatin. It has an optimal activity at a pH between 8.0<br />and 8.5. Histochemical localization revealed strong leucine naphthylamidase activity at the cells lining the gut epithelium of the<br />parasite.

A summary of the resource.
The in vitro antimicrobial activity of extracts from accessions ofSolanum commersonii Dun. collected in the south of Uruguay was investigated against five microorganisms including the pathogenRalstonia solanacearum. A total of 30 extracts corresponding to organic and aqueous extracts were studied. Interestingly, most of the positive results for growth inhibition were againstR. solanacearum. The extracts were also analyzed for the presence of glycoalkaloids and lectins. Six of the ten aqueous extracts showed lectin presence and a wide variation in the type and amounts of glycoalkaloids, was found. Results indicate that there is no clear relationship between the antimicrobial activity against the five microorganisms screened and the presence or amounts of lectins and glycoalkaloids, traditionally regarded as possible antimicrobial metabolites in theSolanum genus, which indicates the presence of as yet unidentified antimicrobial compounds.

The study of two commonly used post-column derivatisation (PCD) approaches for the selective detection of “bioactive” compounds in natural products were investigated – the ‘phenolic’ assay as the name suggests was responsive to phenolic compounds, while the Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) assay was responsive to antioxidants. Detailed assessment of the peaks (based largely on retention time) that were observed in both detection modes for five beverage samples (four teas and one coffee) revealed the presence of a total of 56 compounds. Eight compounds were not detected by the FRAP assay and 13 were not observed by the phenolic assay. A geometric approach to factor analysis (GAFA) was applied to the detection sensitivity, and this analysis showed the correlation between these two assays was 0.67 and the spreading angle between the detection vectors was 47°. Such outcomes are usually indicative of a multidimensional separation approach, but in this study this was achieved only from the detection protocol. Hence, when employing PCD to determine the ‘activity’ of samples derived from natural origin, testing should be conducted using multiple selective detection processes.

A summary of the resource.
A novel approach for the analysis of phenolics in tea was developed using multiplexed simultaneous detection. This is the first study employing a short reaction flow (RF) chromatography column (length 50 mm) for the analysis of phenolics in complex samples (not a standard mixture of compounds). RF separation efficiency was high as the detectors are multiplexed simultaneously, rather than sequentially. The delay time between RF detection responses is minor (1.2 s) providing simple peak assignment between the phenolic detection and conventional detectors, such as the UV and fluorescence detectors (FLD). Thirty-nine phenolics were detected amongst the five different tea samples (three from Camellia sinensis and two herbal teas). The highest number of phenols detected was 24 for English Breakfast tea (four highly abundant), 19 for Earl Grey (six highly abundant), 13 in Pure Green (two highly abundant) and 9 in both Fruit of the Forest (two highly abundant) and Camomile (none highly abundant) herbal teas. Numerous low concentration phenolic compounds in the Fruit of the Forest tea were not included due to their abundance being only slightly above the noise level of the detection process. The relative response factor (RRF) analysed at 520 and 500 nm aided to identify unique phenolics to each sample with similar retention times; three phenolics were unique to the Pure Green tea (2.30, 4.11 and 5.80 min) and two to the Earl Grey Tea (4.11 and 5.80 min). The Fruit of the Forest tea and the Camomile tea were both distinctly different from all other teas. This approach may be used for phenolic profiling of food, beverages or natural products.

Se han realizado muchos estudios sobre el comportamiento de nanotubos de dióxido de titanio (TiO2) para aplicaciones fotocatalíticas. Sin embargo, se han reportado pocos estudios involucrando metales como niobio (Nb). Los óxidos de niobio presentan propiedades catalíticas muy similares a las del TiO2, con la ventaja de que Brasil concentra el 96% de las reservas mundiales de Nb. Procesos que utilizan técnicas electroquímicas como anodización han sido empleados para la obtención de sólidos nanoporosos en metales. En este estudio, las muestras de metales de niobio fueron anodizadas a 90V durante 90 minutos. El electrolito utilizado en la anodización fue una mezcla de glicerol, NH4F y agua. Las muestras anodizadas fueron tratadas térmicamente a 450°C en atmósfera de N2 por 60 minutos. La caracterización estructural fue realizada por difracción de rayos-X y microscopía electrónica de barrido. El desempeño fotoelectroquímico fue evaluado mediante ensayos de fotocorriente en solución de KOH 0,1 M con diferentes concentraciones de glicerol: 0,1 M y 0,2 M. Se constató la presencia de nanotubos de óxido de Nb luego de la anodización, lo que puede haber contribuido a mejorar el desempeño fotoelectroquímico de los sistemas evaluados. La adición de glicerol a la solución de KOH 0,1 M contribuye al aumento del desempeño fotoelectroquímico.

Abstract
A summary of the resource.
We present a Density Functional Theory (DFT) based study of the structural and magnetic properties of the (001) surface of the semiconducting oxide ZnFe2O4 (spinel structure). The calculations were performed using the DFT based ab initio plane wave and pseudopotential method as implemented in the Quantum Espresso code. The all electron Full-potential linearized-augmented-plane-wave method (FP-LAPW) was also employed to check the reproducibility of the plane wave method. In both calculations the DFT+U methodology was employed and different (001) surface terminations of ZnFe2O4 were studied. We find that the surface terminated in Zn is the stable one. For all the (001) surface terminations our calculations predict that the Zn-Fe cationic inversion (anti-sites), which are defects in bulk ZnFe2O4, becomes stable and an integral part of the surface. Also, a ferrimagnetic behavior is predicted for the case of anti-sites in the superficial layer. Our results for different properties of the surface of ZnFe2O4 are compared with those obtained in bulk samples and those reported in the literature.

EI sistema tiorredoxina (tiorredoxina: Trx y tiorredoxina reductasa: TR), mantiene la homeostasis redox de la celula acoplando el poder reductor del NADPH al intercambio reversible tiol-disulfuro. Este sistema puede reducir enzimas del tipo sustrato reductasas, que forman puentes disulfuro como parte de su cicio cata/itico, ademas de reducir puentes disulfuro formados espontaneamente. En organism os parasitos esta cascada podria operar, adem as, como defensa frente al estres oxidativo impuesto por las celulas del sistema inmune del hospedador. Hasta ahora no ha sido descrito el sistema tiorredoxina en parasitos helmintos.
En este trabajo se describe el aislamiento, por una estrategia de RT-PCR, del gen que codifica para la TR del cestodo Echinoccocus granulosus (EgTR). Del analisis del gen se deduce que la EgTR es una selenoenzima con los dominios caracteristicos de las TR de mamiferos, destacandose el sitio activo carboxilo terminal portador de una selenocisteina (Sec). La presencia de este sitio activo con Sec puede conferir a la enzima la capacidad de reducir un rango amplio de sustratos. En el analisis filogenetico de TR, la EgTR agrupa con las TR de mamiferos y Caenorhabditis elegans (TR mayores), bien diferentes estas alas TR de procariotas, plantas y levaduras (TR menores). Dentro de las TR mayores, la EgTR agrupa con las TR que contienen Sec de origen citosolico. Este analisis indica que la presencia de una selenocisteina en las TR pudo haber aparecido en el filo platelminto, y mantenido durante la evolucion.
Por otra parte, durante el trabajo de esta tesis se produjeron en forma recombinante la T rx y la tiorredoxina peroxidasa (TPx) de E. granulosus,. La TPx es una peroxido de hidrogeno reductasa cuyo sitio activo es regenerado por el sistema tiorredoxina. Ambas proteinas recombinantes resultaron activas. La actividad de la TPx de proteccion del ADN ante las oxidaciones catalizadas por metales resulto potenciada en presencia de la Trx.
Por ultimo se estudio por inmuno blot la expresion de la TR, Trx y TPx de E. granulosus en un extracto soluble de protoescolex (PE) , utilizando antisueros generados durante este trabajo. Estos u/timos reconocieron bandas unicas en el extracto, cuyos tamafios coincidieron con los esperados para las protein as en base a sus secuencias codificantes. Estos resultados indican que TR, Trx, y TPx se expresan en PE y que los antisueros generados son especificos.
Los resultados de esta tesis se discuten en el contexto del posible papel del sistema tiorredoxina y la TPx, uno de sus blancos. en la defensa de E. granulosus frente al estres oxidativo.

A summary of the resource.
<p>The goal of the present work was to establish the essential oil yields and chemical compositions of nine Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) cultivars. The plants were grown in the fields, in an averaged experimental design, using ten plants of each of the nine cultivars in each parcel, making three repeats of each experiment. The parameters measured were fresh and dry weight of the aerial parts, yield and chemical compositions of the essential oils. The yields ranged from 6.21 to 42.51 L/ha, the Genovese cultivar being the most productive. The chemical composition of all cultivars had high contents of linalool, with the highest being that of the Toscano "lettuce leave" cultivar.</p>

1. Resumen El objetivo de este Doctorado fue estudiar la nucleación heterogénea, coalescencia y obtención del compuesto laminar BiI3 a escala nano, así como la incidencia de esta última escala en las propiedades físicas y en las aplicaciones tecnológicas de los materiales obtenidos. Se eligió el BiI3 porque se tenía experiencia luego de haber realizado una Maestría en el tema, por ser detector de radiación X –su aplicación más directa-, y por ser un compuesto laminar, lo que hizo pensar que sus planos podrían curvarse y formar nanotubos o nanorods. Para ello se plantearon dos caminos: uno de ellos fue sintetizar las nanopartículas para luego tomarlas como material de partida en futuras nucleaciones, por ejemplo por deposición física de vapor. Este camino fue el que se desarrolló más ampliamente en este Doctorado. El otro camino fue partir de material micrométrico y por deposición física de vapor lograr nucleaciones nanométricas utilizando vacíos mayores y temperaturas menores que las realizadas en trabajos anteriores. Si bien se participó en el desarrollo de un equipo para llevar a cabo estos estudios, no fue posible profundizar en estos aspectos en el transcurso del Doctorado. Para sintetizar nanopartículas de BiI3 se estudiaron tres métodos: solución, hidrotérmico y microondas. En solución se lograron obtener nanopartículas de BiI3 con morfologías y tamaños variados. Las partículas más pequeñas sintetizadas por este método tuvieron un tamaño promedio de 20 nm. También se vio que dicha morfología depende de la temperatura de síntesis. Se observó además cómo estas partículas coalescen cuando incide sobre ellas el haz de electrones del microscopio electrónico de transmisión (TEM). Realizando síntesis en microondas no se obtuvo BiI3. Por el método hidrotérmico se estudió la incidencia del tiempo de síntesis en el tamaño de las partículas, y se encontró que no depende de éste en las condiciones utilizadas. Por el método hidrotérmico se sintetizó BiI3 pero también mezclas de BiI3 y BSI. Se lograron encontrar las condiciones de síntesis adecuadas para obtener solamente BiI3, como ser productos de partida, solvente y temperatura. Se lograron obtener nanopartículas de un tamaño promedio de 20 nm, con morfología hexagonal. Se observó además que las partículas sintetizadas se modifican y dan lugar a otras de diferente morfología al incidir sobre ellas el haz de electrones del TEM. Se realizaron estudios por espectroscopía UV-Vis e infrarrojo medio de las nanopartículas sintetizadas por los métodos de solución e hidrotérmico. Las nanopartículas de BiI3 obtenidas se utilizaron como producto de partida para realizar nucleaciones por deposición física de vapor (PVD). Se obtuvieron nucleaciones con partículas de un tamaño promedio de 100 nm, pero muy separadas entre ellas. También se realizaron nucleaciones suspendiendo las partículas en diferentes solventes, se depositaron sobre sustratos de vidrio por el método de spin coating, y a las mejores nucleaciones se les realizó annealing. Además, las nanopartículas se utilizaron como producto de partida para crecer films por PVD

<p>BiSI belongs to the A<sup> <span class="sml">V</span> </sup>B<sup> <span class="sml">VI</span> </sup>C<sup> <span class="sml">VII</span> </sup> chalcohalides group of compounds. These compounds show several interesting properties such as ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity along the <em>c</em> axis, and photoconductivity. Moreover, BiSI is a potential semiconductor material for room-temperature gamma and x-ray detection, given its band gap of 1.57 eV and its high density, 6.41 g cm<sup>−3</sup>. In this work we present BiSI nanostructures synthesized by the solvothermal method with the intention of using them for ionizing radiation detection. The solvent was varied to study its influence in morphology, particle size and size distribution. Three different conditions were tested, using either water, monoethylene glycol and a mixture of both solvents. Nanostructures were characterized by XRD to determine the phase obtained and reaction completeness; TEM was used to observe nanostructures morphology, size, size distribution and crystallinity; and finally FT-IR diffuse reflectance was used to study monoethylene glycol presence in the samples. Nanorods in the range of 100–200 nm width were obtained in all samples, but round nanoparticles of around 10 nm in diameter were also detected in samples synthesized only with monoethylene glycol. Samples synthesized in monoethylene glycol were used to fabricate pellets to construct detectors. The detectors responded to ionizing radiation and a resistivity in the order of 10<sup>13</sup> Ω cm was estimated. This work proposes, to our knowledge, the first study of BiSI for its application in ionizing radiation detection.</p>

Bismuth tri-iodide is a layered compound semiconductor which has suitable properties as material for ionizing radiation detection devices. Monocrystals and polycrystalline thin films have been studied for this application, but only recently, the development of nanostructures of this compound has emerged as an interesting alternative for using such nanostructures in new types of radiation detectors or for including them in other applications. Considering this, we present in this work BiI<sub>3</sub> nanoparticles successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method, using a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave, at a temperature of 180 °C during 8–20 h, with BiCl<sub>3</sub> and NaI as source materials. We characterized the nanoparticles by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). We obtained small rounded or hexagonal particles (10–20 nm in size) and larger structures. The maximum orientation of the nanostructures is along the <em>(0 0 l)</em> family planes and occurs after 16 h of synthesis, which arises as the best condition for obtaining BiI<sub>3</sub> oriented nanostructures. When a 100 kV TEM electron beam was converged on the larger structures, we obtained highly oriented BiI<sub>3</sub> hexagonal and rod shaped nanostructures. We found that particles’ shape does not depend on the synthesis time. In addition, results were compared with the ones obtained for nanoparticles synthesized from solution. The present work is an advance in the synthesis of BiI<sub>3</sub> nanostructures by the hydrothermal method, and is also the first step on seeking the amenable control of morphology and size of such structures using electron beam irradiation. This last process may be particularly appropriate for producing nanostructures for future applications in new devices.

Benzyl alcohol and other benzenoid-derived metabolites of particular importance in plants confer floral and fruity flavors to wines. Among the volatile aroma components in Vitis vinifera grape varieties, benzyl alcohol is present in its free and glycosylated forms. These compounds are considered to originate from grapes only and not from fermentative processes. We have found increased levels of benzyl alcohol in red Tannat wine compared to that in grape juice, suggesting de novo formation of this metabolite during vinification. In this work, we show that benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol are synthesized de novo in the absence of grape-derived precursors by Hanseniaspora vineae. Levels of benzyl alcohol produced by 11 different H. vineae strains were 20–200 times higher than those measured in fermentations with Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains. These results show that H. vineae contributes to flavor diversity by increasing grape variety aroma concentration in a chemically defined medium. Feeding experiments with phenylalanine, tryptophan, tyrosine, p-aminobenzoic acid, and ammonium in an artificial medium were tested to evaluate the effect of these compounds either as precursors or as potential pathway regulators for the formation of benzenoid-derived aromas. Genomic analysis shows that the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and tyrosine ammonia lyase (TAL) pathways, used by plants to generate benzyl alcohols from aromatic amino acids, are absent in the H. vineae genome. Consequently, alternative pathways derived from chorismate with mandelate as an intermediate are discussed.

Blooms of Nostocales (Cyanobacteria) are thought to be invading subtropical and temperate water bodies. According to nutrient stoichiometry and physiological differences between cyanobacterial groups, the replacement of non-heterocystous species by Nostocales is favored when dissolved inorganic nitrogen decreases. However, some studies have shown different trends. We used laboratory bioassays to evaluate the concomitant effects of light and nutrient enrichment on phytoplankton assemblages dominated by non-heterocystous filamentous cyanobacteria. Three nutrient conditions (no addition, addition of phosphate, and addition of nitrate and phosphate) and two light intensities (40 and 80 µmol photon m−2 s−1) were assayed. Nostocales replaced or co-dominated with non-heterocystous species in all treatments by the end of the study. The shift in community composition towards Nostocales dominance led to an increase in species richness, which suggests that species with different eco-physiological traits may have differential impacts on diversity. The highest saxitoxin concentrations were measured in no addition treatments, which could link production to nutritional stress. Nostocales featured high phenotypic plasticity in terms of changes in average trichome volume and growth rates. These results help to have a better understanding of the conditions under which Nostocales predominance can occur.

Previamente en nuestro grupo de investigación, en la búsqueda de inhibidores de la Triosafosfato isomerasa de Trypanosoma cruzi (TcTIM) se evaluaron 230 compuestos de nuestra quimioteca, encontrándose que los mejores inhibidores en su mayoría presentan simetría en su estructura. En esa base, se propuso la obtención de moléculas simétricas derivadas de diarilidencetonas de síntesis sencilla, utilizando condiciones de reacción amigables con el ambiente y de bajo costo de producción. Se sintetizaron 25 moléculas de las cuales 8 tuvieron efecto inhibitorio en la TcTIM, 9 presentaron un CI50 frente a T. cruzi menor a 5 μM, destacándose el compuesto (2E,5E)-2,5-di[(E)-3-(2-tienil)aliliden]ciclopentanona (16) con un CI50 de 40 nM, 200 veces más activo que el fármaco de referencia Nfx (CI50 de 8 μM). Además, se obtuvieron índices de selectividad muy superiores con respecto a los fármacos de referencia. Se destacan, además, el compuesto (1E,3E,6E,8E)-1,9-di(2-furanil)nona- 1,3,6,8-tetraen-5-ona (2) (CI50 de 5 μM) y (2E,6E)-2,6-di[(E)-3-(furan-2- il)aliliden]ciclohexanona (11) (CI50 de 0.6 μM) como las más activas y selectivas. El derivado 11 mostró excelentes resultados en la inhibición de la TcTIM con un CI50= 86 nM. Además, el compuesto 11 no fue activo contra la TIM de Trypanosoma brucei, Leishmania mexicana y la humana, demostrando la alta selectividad a la TcTIM. Adicionalmente, estas moléculas no fueron mutagénicas según el test de Ames. Las diarilidencetonas líderes se usaron en dosis combinadas entre ellas o con el fármaco de referencia (Bnz), en busca de efectos sinérgicos. Se encontraron varias combinaciones sinérgicas in vitro. La combinación del compuesto 2+16 in vivo indujo una reducción de más de un 90 % del pico de parasitemia en el modelo murino agudo de la enfermedad de Chagas. En el análisis histopatológico de los diferentes tejidos de los animales tratados con estos compuestos, se observó disminución de la inflamación y la ausencia de amastigotes en el tejido cardíaco. Al estudiar el mecanismo de muerte de los parásitos, por citometría de flujo y por resonancia magnética nuclear de protón, se evidencia que dos de estos compuestos, 2 y 11, producen muerte por apoptosis tardía/necrosis y la combinación de los compuestos 2+16 induce la muerte de los parásitos por apoptosis.
